Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in basic food preparation tasks including chopping, marinating, and mise en place.

Support senior chefs during service and maintain cleanliness in your assigned station.

Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.

Help with stock rotation and proper storage of ingredients.

Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented kitchen culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous kitchen experience or culinary training preferred.

Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations.

Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
