Roles & Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of cold dishes, salads, and appetizers
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained at all times
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Help with inventory and proper storage of ingredients
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning

Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and English communication skills
