Core Duties

* Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Prepare mise-en-place and support food production across different sections
* Participate in the setup of buffets and special functions
* Contribute to breakfast, lunch, and dinner service preparations
* Ensure kitchen areas are cleaned and maintained to hygiene standards
* Follow all Health and Safety policies in food handling and preparation
* Assist with inventory checks and stock control for efficient operations

Candidate Profile

* Service-oriented personality with a passion for cooking and culinary presentation
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
* Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic team player
* Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
* Previous kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory
