Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist with briefings before service for daily updates.
- Ensure that the setup complies with standards.
- Help the server maintain the workstation well stocked, clean and tidy.
- Serve dishes and drinks in accordance with restaurant standards and customer needs.
- Clear and reset tables.
- Excellent knowledge of all dishes and drinks served in the restaurant.
- Ensure that service and dining areas are always clean and that work is carried out in accordance with our health and safety standards.
- Manage customer comments and complaints appropriately and communicate them to the restaurant management.
- Ensure that the uniform provided is clean, presentable and in good condition, ensuring that personal hygiene and appearance standards are an example to the team and reflect a professional image to our customers.
- Regularly clean the silverware to ensure proper maintenance.
- Participate in training.
- Respond to any other reasonable request from your manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required qualifications:
- Attention to detail, style and aesthetics of the hotel is essential.
- University degree in hotel management or a similar field.
- 3-6 months experience in a similar position.
- Good command of English, French and Arabic.
