Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Assist with the set-up of banquet rooms, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffet stations, and d cor as instructed.
-
Support the Chef de Rang and banquet supervisors in ensuring the smooth flow of service during events.
-
Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly, and timely service throughout the function.

Serve food and beverages in accordance with banquet standards and guest expectations.
-
Clear plates, glassware, and service items promptly; maintain clean and organized service areas.

Replenish buffet items, beverages, and supplies as needed.

Maintain a high level of hygiene, safety, and sanitation in all working areas.

Assist with post-event breakdown and cleaning, ensuring the room is reset or returned to standard.

Communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions from supervisors.

Uphold company standards of professionalism, grooming, and guest service.
