Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and present cold kitchen items such as salads, sandwiches, dressings, and cold appetizers.
Assist the Chef de Partie in daily food preparation.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen section.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Ensure proper portioning and presentation of dishes.
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
