Commis III is a junior kitchen staff member with more experience than Commis I and II, responsible for assisting in food preparation and cooking under supervision. This role helps in preparing basic dishes, handling kitchen tools safely, and supporting higher-level chefs.

Prepare and cook basic dishes and ingredients as directed by senior chefs.
