Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist senior chefs and station chefs in daily food preparation and cooking.
Prepare ingredients, including washing, chopping, and portioning, according to recipes and standards.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen at all times.
Maintain proper storage of ingredients and monitor inventory under the guidance of senior chefs.
Support in the preparation of Lebanese street food dishes and contribute to menu consistency.
Assist in plating and presentation of dishes following brand standards.
Help monitor kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring proper use and cleanliness.
Follow instructions from senior chefs and report any issues or challenges in the kitchen.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop culinary skills and align with brand standards.
Support operational duties as needed during peak hours or shifts, ensuring smooth workflow.
Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned to meet kitchen and operational needs.
