Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries, cakes, and breads.
Follow recipes and instructions from senior pastry chefs to ensure quality and consistency.
Measure and mix ingredients accurately under guidance.
Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve desired results.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen workspace.
Help with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Participate in the creation of new pastry recipes and presentations.
Adhere to health and safety regulations in food preparation.

Experience
1 to 2 years
Qualification Level
High School & Equivalent; Higher Secondary School & Equivalent; ITI / Vocational; Diploma; Graduate
Skillset
Basic knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
