Job Overview
What We re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in power, infrastructure, or energy sectors
Proven track record in commissioning power plants, MV transformer stations, and substations (33kV & 132kV)
Strong understanding of Grid Code, safety procedures, environmental regulations, and industry best practices
Expertise in designing and managing performance-based commission structures
Skilled in accurate commission calculation, reporting, auditing, and training teams on commission policies
Proficient with MS Office, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and reporting tools
Ability to develop Plant Manuals, O&M manuals switching and safety procedures
Fluent in English
Educational Background:
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage commission structures tied to performance
Oversee accurate commission calculations and payments
Lead commissioning activities for PV arrays, trackers, inverters, and substations
Ensure compliance with Grid Code, safety, and environmental regulations
Generate insightful reports on commission trends and ROI
Conduct audits for accuracy and transparency
