Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and process commission structures and payments for the sales team.
  • Ensure accuracy in commission calculations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare commission breakdowns, pay reports, collect and verify invoices from third parties (brokers) , maintain ledger for sales and brokers
  • Work closely with the finance and sales teams to streamline commission policies.
  • Handle intense situations and negotiations with a strong personality and problem-solving mindset.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management on commission-related matters.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate as a Commission Officer, Accountant, or a similar role
  • · Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • · Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with the sales team and management.
  • · Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Excel.
