Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction, mechanical, and piping activities.
  • Manage commissioning and pre-commissioning operations to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to monitor progress and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and maintain site reports, track project milestones, and ensure timely completion.
  • Support operational staff in troubleshooting and plant operations (for operators roles).

  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in Oil & Gas plants, Power plants, or Refineries.
  • Supervisors: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Superintendents / high-skilled roles (CCP, CME, CMP): 5-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Operators (if applicable): minimum 3 years of Oil & Gas plant operational experience.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in commissioning and pre-commissioning activities.
