Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- The Commissioning Engineer - I&C is responsible for executing commissioning activities for instrumentation and control systems.
- Execute pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for I&C systems.
- Perform loop checking, calibration, and functional testing.
- Commission DCS, PLC, SCADA and ESD systems.
- Review P&IDs, logic diagrams, and control philosophies.
- Ensure readiness for start-up and handover.
- Manage and close punch lists.
- Prepare commissioning procedures and reports.
- Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, electrical, and process teams.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards.
- Maintain commissioning documentation and reports.
- Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
- Relevant Experience: 5-10 Years.
- English language is preferred.
- ADNOC & GCC experience is mandatory.
- Experience in EPC/EPCM commissioning projects.
- Hands-on experience with DCS/PLC/SCADA/ESD systems.
- Familiarity with ICAPS, WINPCS, or similar tools.
- Vendor coordination experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
Relevant Experience: 5-10 Years.
English language is preferred.
ADNOC & GCC experience is mandatory.
Experience in EPC/EPCM commissioning projects.
Hands-on experience with DCS/PLC/SCADA/ESD systems.
Familiarity with ICAPS, WINPCS, or similar tools.
Vendor coordination experience.
