Commissioning Manager DUNCAN AND ROSS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCIES

Lead and manage pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities for offshore facilities.

Ensure all commissioning activities are executed in line with project schedule, procedures, and safety requirements.

Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and system handover strategies.

Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure smooth system completion and readiness.

Manage systemization, MC (Mechanical Completion), and handover to commissioning and operations.

Supervise commissioning teams, vendors, and subcontractors across all disciplines.

Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture.

Review and approve commissioning procedures, method statements, and test protocols.

Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve technical and operational issues during commissioning.

Manage interface with client and ensure timely approvals, inspections, and acceptance.

Oversee performance testing, start-up, and stabilization of systems.

Ensure proper documentation, including test reports, punch list clearance, and final handover dossiers
