Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Overall responsibility and accountability of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, test run phases according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule. Specifically:
- Ensure HSE procedures required for each activities/work phases are available and applied
- Contribute to Safety Walkdowns. In case of incidents contribute to investigations
- Participate to Pre Start-up Safety Reviews (PSSR)
- Issue Pre-Comm, Comm and Start-up progress reports
- Manage Pre-Comm, Comm, Start-up & first Operation activities, coordinating different parties
- Ensure respect of schedule/budget, either during home office activity or at site
- Participate to risk/opportunity meetings
- Responsible for competency assurance/development of team
- Participate to handover process including preparation of Commissioning Dossiers
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industries with particular emphasis in Upstream
- At least 5 years as Commissioning Manager/Coordinator/Leader
- Experience in at least 2 major Oil & Gas Offshore projects as Commissioning Manager
- English fluent
- Valid BOSIET/TBOSIET
