Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end testing & commissioning of Solar PV plants (utility-scale preferred)
Oversee grid synchronization activities in coordination with utility authorities
Ensure compliance with grid codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Conduct performance testing, validation, and acceptance procedures
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during commissioning phases
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and O&M teams for seamless execution
Review and approve commissioning procedures, reports, and documentation
Manage commissioning schedules, resources, and subcontractors
Ensure adherence to HSE policies and quality standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

  • 10+ years of experience in commissioning, with a focus on Solar PV / Power projects

  • GCC / Middle East experience will be an advantage
