Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Rotation and Work Organization
- Rotation Schedule: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise operational commissioning activities on site.
- Coordinate startup, testing, and operational readiness activities for plant systems and equipment.
- Ensure all commissioning operations are carried out safely and in accordance with project procedures and specifications.
- Manage and coordinate operations personnel, contractors, and vendor representatives.
- Monitor commissioning schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Review and approve operational procedures, reports, and commissioning documentation.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and support problem resolution during startup activities.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company standards, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, maintenance, and commissioning teams.
- Support system handover, performance testing, and final acceptance activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Process, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Extensive experience in commissioning operations within industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, power plant, or heavy industry projects.
- Strong knowledge of plant operations, startup procedures, and commissioning processes.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in commissioning environments.
- Ability to read and interpret operational procedures, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
