Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support installation of pump sets and fire suppression system

• Assist during commissioning fire pumps and gas suppression systems

• Troubleshoot and analysis controllers and major system equipment

• Diagnose technical issues, prepare reports and support to resolve

• Provides technical support to ensure customer specification requirements are met.

• Perform Integrity tests for rooms.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years experience in after sales service and technical support

• Experience in Tornatech fire pump controllers

• Experience in diesel engine troubleshooting and commissioning

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Strong knowledge in fire pumps and NFPA20

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
