Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supports the smooth operation of the HUB Department, ensuring all internal and external communications are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with hotel standards.
Acts as a central point of contact between departments, facilitating clear, timely, and professional communication to support overall hotel operations.
Responds promptly and effectively to guest and colleague enquiries, ensuring all requests are handled with professionalism and care to maximize satisfaction.
Takes ownership of assigned tasks and duties, maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in all correspondence and documentation.
Collaborates closely with the HUB team and other departments to support departmental plans, operational targets, and service excellence initiatives.
Monitors and manages communication systems (telephone, email, messaging platforms) to ensure smooth information flow and timely response to operational needs.
Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and ensures compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Promotes the hotel culture and values, fostering a positive and cooperative working environment across all departments.
Ensures adherence and compliance with all relevant legislation and internal standards, maintaining records and reports for internal and external audits as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements of the Communication Agent:
Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment is beneficial but not essential
Hands-on approach with a proactive and solution-oriented work style
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional internal and external service with a genuine passion for hospitality
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrates personal integrity and professionalism in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Proficient in using IT systems and communication platforms, with the ability to adapt to new technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
Team player with a positive attitude, supporting collaboration and effective information flow within the HUB and across departments
