Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Communication Expert plays a strategic and executional role across five key verticals: creative development, media and public relations, event management, internal communication, and cross-channel coordination. This role ensures brand consistency, campaign excellence, and stakeholder engagement; both externally and internally. The Marketing Expert collaborates with agencies, vendors, and internal departments to bring marketing initiatives to life.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Creative Content & Campaigns
- Lead the development of marketing content across digital and offline platforms (videos, social media, brochures, internal branding, etc.)
- Manage and brief creative agencies and freelancers for design, copywriting, and production needs.
- Ensure creative alignment with brand identity, messaging tone, and campaign objectives.
- Support in writing and reviewing key marketing materials (scripts, slogans, video copy, etc.)
2. Media & Public Relations
- Manage day-to-day coordination with media and PR agencies to ensure alignment with messaging and business objectives.
- Contribute to PR planning and execution, including press releases, media invitations, spokesperson coordination, and coverage tracking.
- Monitor media landscape and maintain press lists, coverage reports, and earning media results.
- Collaborate with leadership and communication teams to shape media narratives and respond to opportunities.
3. Event & Activation Management
- Plan and execute internal and external events, exhibitions, conferences, and sponsorships.
- Oversee event logistics, branding, and agency coordination to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Prepare event documentation including briefs, run-of-show, speaker notes, and recap reports.
- Monitor event KPIs and analyze impact on brand visibility and stakeholder engagement.
4. Internal Communication
- Develop internal communication plans aligned with company culture and leadership messaging.
- Create and circulate newsletters, announcements, and employee engagement campaigns.
- Work with HR and leadership teams to align messaging across departments.
- Support internal branding efforts and employee-facing communication assets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years pf experience.
- Working and leading defense or cyber security programs or new business captures.
- Clear and consistent communication messaging.
- Effective coordination with vendors and teams.
- On-site communication support during events
