Roles & Responsibilities

Steering the communication strategy

  • To define and deploy the company's overall communication strategy (online and offline).
  • Ensure consistency and enhancement of brand image across all communication channels.
  • to develop and follow the editorial calendar of campaigns and publications.
  • Ensure consistency of messages and visual identity.

Media Lever Management (POEM)

Owned Media

  • Supervise the company's social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms).
  • Manage the production of digital content (publications, videos, stories, editorial content).
  • Guaranteeing the quality, regularity and relevance of publications.

Paid Media

  • Collaborating with the Paid Media Specialist.
  • Participate in the design of advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency between sponsored campaigns and the overall communication strategy.

Earned Media

  • D. Develop partnerships with influencers and external partners.
  • Managing press relations and strategic collaborations.
  • Encourage and value user-generated content (UGC).

Operational management and leadership

  • To supervise and support the communication teams:
  • Community Manager
  • Owned Media Specialist
  • Earned Media Specialist
  • Coordinate activities with creative teams:
  • Graphic designers
  • Photographer / Videographer
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards and objectives.

Content production and supervision

  • Validate visual content, written content and creative concepts.
  • Adapt messages according to different target audiences:
  • Ensure local adaptation of content according to the specificities of the Algerian market.

Contribution to business objectives

  • Align communication actions with business objectives.
  • Supporting product launches, promotions and events.
  • Working in close collaboration with:
  • E-commerce Manager
  • Retail Manager

Analyse et am lioration continue

  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators:
  • Engagement rate
  • Port of publications
  • Community growth
  • Trafic g n r
  • Produce follow-up reports and propose optimization actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Formation

  • Bachelor +4 / Bachelor +5 in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing or equivalent field.

Exp rience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in team management and communication project management.

Comp tences techniques

  • Mastery of multichannel communication strategies.
  • Proficiency in social networks and digital tools.
  • Knowledge of POEM levers.
  • Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools.
  • Good understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
