Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As part of LP4Y Alliance Communication team, you will:

  • Be the guardian of LP4Y s image on al media and communication supports.
  • Support the teams based in all LP4Y countries (Bangladesh, Belgium, England, France, India, Indonesia, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Myanmar, Nepal, The Philippines, USA) regarding their communication needs (create templates, coordinate projects)
  • Define and manage the communication strategy
  • Manage the social media
  • Design and update the various websites
  • Create various internal and external communication supports (print and digital) such as the annual report, newsletters, leaflets, articles, videos.
  • Build and manage communication campaigns following LP4Y event annual calendar (day for women s rights, recruitment campaign, Youth Inclusion International Forum, etc.) including the Youth as often as possible

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 23 years old - female only

Fluent in Arabic and English

Work experience in the communication sector

Good knowledge in MS office (word, excel, drive, email ) and communication tools (Adobe, Canvas..)

Professional behavior

Ability to work in a team (team spirit) especially with intercultural members

Motivated and proactive profile who like challenges

Ready to learn and grow

Volunteer spirit, in LP4Y we al are volunteers. We work together and live together in the same building so having this positive dedicated mindset is really key. We need people that are autonomous and proactive
