Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Work schedules: Part-time: 25 hours per week (3 days a week)
Responsibilities:
Prepare, negotiate, and implement communication plans as per donors' standards to ensure impact visibility is achieved.
Coordinate and organize events (closing/graduation ceremony, seminar, exhibitions )
Represent the organization in meetings and working groups and negotiate potential collaborations
Contact external agencies and media experts in case of media exposure
Prepare written communication materials (emails, minutes of meetings, press releases )
Coordinate with a graphic designer/video editor and other team members on pitch presentations, newsletters, media campaigns, and fund-raising campaigns etc.
Oversee shoots on the field, in training, events, project activities, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in communication, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field
Proven minimum of 2 years of experience in the communication and research field
Good coordination and writing skills
Languages: Fluent in Arabic, English, French
Competencies:
Coordination and leadership skills (take initiative, solve problems)
Relational skills
Communication and negotiation skills
Mission-driven and social spirit
Academic curiosity is a must
Stress tolerance: Ability to work under pressure
