The Communications and Public Relations Associate will support the PR team in enhancing brand visibility for Majid Al Futtaim s Entertainment portfolio, including cinemas, global snow facilities, and leisure brands. The role involves managing media relations, influencer engagement, event coordination, and Arabic communications to strengthen the company s public image and market presence.

What You ll Do

* Build and maintain strong relationships with Arabic media outlets and influencers to boost brand recognition.
* Coordinate media requests, press visits, and PR event logistics across Entertainment brands.
* Support influencer marketing initiatives by generating content ideas and ensuring engagement at events.
* Draft, edit, and proofread Arabic-language press releases, media kits, and campaign materials.
* Track and report media coverage, analyzing trends and competitor activity.
* Provide administrative support to the Communications team, including meeting coordination and record maintenance.
* Assist in developing creative PR campaigns that align with corporate objectives.
* Contribute to internal and external communications that reinforce the company s reputation and values.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
* Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
* Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Knowledge of Middle Eastern media landscapes and influencer marketing trends.
* Prior internships or experience in communications or media preferred.
* Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn with strong interpersonal skills.
