Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As Communications Co-ordinator, you ll play a key role in shaping both internal and external communications across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the mapping of the customer journey across the haus & haus Group and aligning communications to each stage of the client lifecycle.
- Developing communications strategies for different departments based on business objectives.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell services across the haus & haus Group.
- Drafting engaging communications in line with our brand tone of voice and key messaging.
- Managing all internal communications, including the co-ordination of monthly company meeting presentations.
- Setting up and optimising triggered communication journeys.
- Producing monthly performance reports with recommendations for future improvements using a test-and-learn approach.
What You ll Need
- Around 2-4 years experience in communications, marketing, CRM, or a similar role.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience planning and delivering both internal and external communications.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Copywriting experience (preferred).
- Confidence working across multiple teams and managing different stakeholders.
- Experience in real estate or professional services is a bonus, but not essential.
