Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day internal communications (announcements, updates, newsletters) with timely delivery
- Coordinate with multiple departments to gather content and maintain consistent, aligned messaging
- Manage internal channels (email, Slack, digital screens, and future platforms)
- Support and run employee engagement initiatives, internal events and activities
- Taking ownership of selected initiatives end-to-end (planning, execution, and reporting)
- Ensure consistent follow-up and timely closure on all communication requests
- Support external communications by drafting and publishing content across digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X)
- Track and report on communication and engagement activities
Requirements:
- ~2-4 years of experience in communications, PR, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, confidently, and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and good at coordination
- Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion
- Proactive, with the ability to think ahead, take initiative, and follow through
- Familiar with digital communication tools (email, Slack, social media)
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Comfortable tracking results and reporting on outcomes
- Experience working with vendors or external partners
