Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day internal communications (announcements, updates, newsletters) with timely delivery
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to gather content and maintain consistent, aligned messaging
  • Manage internal channels (email, Slack, digital screens, and future platforms)
  • Support and run employee engagement initiatives, internal events and activities
  • Taking ownership of selected initiatives end-to-end (planning, execution, and reporting)
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and timely closure on all communication requests
  • Support external communications by drafting and publishing content across digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X)
  • Track and report on communication and engagement activities

Requirements:

  • ~2-4 years of experience in communications, PR, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, confidently, and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and good at coordination
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion
  • Proactive, with the ability to think ahead, take initiative, and follow through
  • Familiar with digital communication tools (email, Slack, social media)
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
  • Comfortable tracking results and reporting on outcomes
  • Experience working with vendors or external partners
