Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
They're looking for a hands-on, user-obsessed Community & Growth Manager to be the true face of the product on the ground in Amman. This is not a behind-the-desk social media role, it's a high-impact position where you'll own real relationships with users, keep them engaged and happy, and feed critical insights straight back to the product team.
What You Will Do

Own all user-facing communication channels including WhatsApp and Discord

Drive activation and re-engagement for users who have not completed onboarding

Serve as the primary QA signal for the product team, testing features and documenting issues

Manage Play Store reputation including review responses and rating monitoring

Build and grow a Reverb user community from the ground up
Desired Candidate Profile
1 to 3 years in a community management, user success, or growth role at a consumer app or startup
- Demonstrated ability to manage async user communication at volume across WhatsApp, Discord, or similar platforms
- Comfortable with Android at a power-user level, able to navigate app internals, permissions settings, and reproduce bugs clearly
- Experience writing structured bug reports or user feedback summaries for a product team
- Familiarity with Play Store review management and basic ASO awareness
- Native Arabic, professional English
