Roles & Responsibilities

They're looking for a hands-on, user-obsessed Community & Growth Manager to be the true face of the product on the ground in Amman. This is not a behind-the-desk social media role, it's a high-impact position where you'll own real relationships with users, keep them engaged and happy, and feed critical insights straight back to the product team.

What You Will Do

  • Own all user-facing communication channels including WhatsApp and Discord

  • Drive activation and re-engagement for users who have not completed onboarding

  • Serve as the primary QA signal for the product team, testing features and documenting issues

  • Manage Play Store reputation including review responses and rating monitoring

  • Build and grow a Reverb user community from the ground up

Desired Candidate Profile

1 to 3 years in a community management, user success, or growth role at a consumer app or startup

  • Demonstrated ability to manage async user communication at volume across WhatsApp, Discord, or similar platforms
  • Comfortable with Android at a power-user level, able to navigate app internals, permissions settings, and reproduce bugs clearly
  • Experience writing structured bug reports or user feedback summaries for a product team
  • Familiarity with Play Store review management and basic ASO awareness
  • Native Arabic, professional English
