Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Foster relationships with members through personalized outreach and feedback loops to enhance retention and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with marketing to promote community initiatives via social media, newsletters, and partnerships with local businesses or accelerators.
  • Organize and host community events, workshops, and networking sessions.
  • Lead membership sales efforts by conducting space tours, qualifying leads, and closing deals for hot desks, dedicated desks, private offices, and add-on services.
  • Prospect and nurture relationships with potential clients, including startups, SMEs, and corporates, through targeted outreach, cold calls, and attendance at industry events.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including member onboarding, space utilization, and compliance with local regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

  • 3+ years in community management/sales in coworking, events, or tech startups in KSA
  • Proven communication and engagement skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Proficient in CRM (e.g., HubSpot), Google Workspace; adaptable to fast-paced launches.
