Handle any inquiries, requests related to the compound s services and facilities.

• Handle any complaints and communicate it with the entitled departments and ensure solving it.
• Monitor any violations related to the construction works in the compound and issue notification letters to the violators.
• Issue and deliver all the letters related to the facilities and the annual account statements for the maintenance deposit to the owners.
• Supervise and monitor the maintenance works and the security services in SED Compounds proactively.
• Participate in preparing periodical reports that present the extent of the compound development and the services provided inside it.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department regarding any events or celebrations inside the compounds.
• Run a periodical owners satisfaction survey to assess the level of the service provided inside the compound that reflect the performance of the community management department.
