Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active and professional presence on social media.
  • Guaranteeing the quality, coherence and regularity of publications.
  • Moderate comments, messages and interactions with the community.
  • To safeguard the brand's reputation and manage sensitive situations.
  • Track KPIs and produce performance reports.
  • Optimize social media content and actions based on the results obtained.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, creative and communications teams.
  • Respect the editorial schedule and the objectives set by the company.

Knowledge & skills:

  • Mastery of social networks and their communication codes.
  • Knowledge of digital communication and social media strategies.
  • Good writing skills and content creation.
  • Mastery of community engagement and animation techniques.
  • Knowledge of KPIs and performance analysis tools.
  • Sense of organization and prioritization.
  • Creativity, responsiveness and ability to adapt to digital trends.

Specific experience and knowledge:

  • Experience in community and social network management.
  • Experience in creating and planning digital content.
  • Knowledge of sponsored campaigns and digital advertising.
  • Knowledge of branding and reputation strategies.
  • Experience in a communications agency or in a marketing environment is desirable.
