Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsabilit s :
- Maintain an active and professional presence on social media.
- Guaranteeing the quality, coherence and regularity of publications.
- Moderate comments, messages and interactions with the community.
- To safeguard the brand's reputation and manage sensitive situations.
- Track KPIs and produce performance reports.
- Optimize social media content and actions based on the results obtained.
- Coordinate with the marketing, creative and communications teams.
- Respect the editorial schedule and the objectives set by the company.
Knowledge & skills:
- Mastery of social networks and their communication codes.
- Knowledge of digital communication and social media strategies.
- Good writing skills and content creation.
- Mastery of community engagement and animation techniques.
- Knowledge of KPIs and performance analysis tools.
- Sense of organization and prioritization.
- Creativity, responsiveness and ability to adapt to digital trends.
Specific experience and knowledge:
- Experience in community and social network management.
- Experience in creating and planning digital content.
- Knowledge of sponsored campaigns and digital advertising.
- Knowledge of branding and reputation strategies.
- Experience in a communications agency or in a marketing environment is desirable.

Job requirements:
- Degree in communication, digital marketing, media or similar field.
- Proven experience in social media management and community management.
