- Responding to messages and following up with clients.

- Minimum Bac+3 or professional training in social media management / digital marketing.
- Good command of social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Creativity, dynamism and organizational skills.
- Experience in community management is an asset.
