Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented, and detail-focused Community Manager with a passion for food, hospitality, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily interactions across social media platforms, building strong relationships with online communities, and ensuring timely, professional, and on-brand communication for our F&B brands.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor social media communities across all platforms
(comments, direct messages, reviews, and mentions).
Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
Engage proactively with followers to build community loyalty and increase engagement.
Escalate operational or guest experience issues to the relevant teams when needed.
Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and marketing teams.
Maintain consistency in tone of voice and brand messaging across multiple restaurant accounts.
Track common guest feedback and provide insights to improve content and guest experience.
Stay up to date with social media best practices, platform updates, and F&B trends.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar social media role, preferably within an agency or F&B environment.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different brands.
Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Reviews, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple accounts and high volumes of interactions
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of basic social media analytics and reporting is a plus.
