Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and respond to comments and messages across social media platforms, primarily Facebook

  • Handle DMs and WhatsApp inquiries using a warm, professional brand voice
  • Book and coordinate 1:1 sessions and programs, including calendar management
  • Enroll participants in courses and provide ongoing support
  • Manage and engage private communities on WhatsApp and Telegram
  • Follow up with clients to ensure a high-quality experience
  • Collect feedback, testimonials, and success stories
  • Track common questions and insights and share reports with the marketing team
  • Support community growth, engagement, and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of proven experience in community management, customer success, or a similar role.

  • Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and manage online communities.
  • Strong understanding of digital engagement strategies and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience managing community events, both online and offline.
  • Familiarity with the cosmeceutical, pharmaceutical, or health and beauty industries is a plus.
