Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do Community Management & Growth (Primary Focus)
- Take full ownership of our WhatsApp community (1,150+ brokers & real estate professionals)
- Drive daily engagement: warm-ups, discussions, polls, prompts, conversation starters
- Maintain high activity levels and healthy communication inside the group
- Develop and execute a clear community growth strategy
- Attract and onboard new qualified members
- Increase retention and loyalty of existing members
- Identify power members and activate them
- Share valuable content: market insights, expert materials, tools, updates, analytics
- Moderate conversations and maintain community standards
Community-Led Events (Supporting Focus)
- Organize weekly offline events (every Saturday) as a tool for strengthening the community
- Recruit speakers from within the community (barter-based collaborations)
- Collaborate with SMM team to promote events
- Be present at events and actively interact with members
- Introduce new formats that increase engagement and retention
