Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Do Community Management & Growth (Primary Focus)

  • Take full ownership of our WhatsApp community (1,150+ brokers & real estate professionals)
  • Drive daily engagement: warm-ups, discussions, polls, prompts, conversation starters
  • Maintain high activity levels and healthy communication inside the group
  • Develop and execute a clear community growth strategy
  • Attract and onboard new qualified members
  • Increase retention and loyalty of existing members
  • Identify power members and activate them
  • Share valuable content: market insights, expert materials, tools, updates, analytics
  • Moderate conversations and maintain community standards

Community-Led Events (Supporting Focus)

  • Organize weekly offline events (every Saturday) as a tool for strengthening the community
  • Recruit speakers from within the community (barter-based collaborations)
  • Collaborate with SMM team to promote events
  • Be present at events and actively interact with members
  • Introduce new formats that increase engagement and retention

Desired Candidate Profile

Experienced in community management (Telegram/WhatsApp/Facebook groups, etc.)

  • Event management experience is a plus
  • UAE experience is an advantage
  • Highly proactive, fast-thinking, and ownership-driven
  • Strong communicator who knows how to warm up and energise a chat
  • Fluent in English
  • Interested in real estate (industry background is a plus, but not required)
  • Comfortable working independently and taking full responsibility
