Roles & Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Management
  • Manage Acacia Zone s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Respond to messages and comments in a professional and friendly tone aligned with the brand voice.
  • Engage with followers, encourage discussions, and build strong community relationships.
  • Stay up to date with trends and topics in design, architecture, and interior d cor.
  • Content Creation & Graphic Design
  • Create and design social media posts, stories, Reels, and ad creatives.
  • Produce professional edits for photos and short videos (Reels, behind-the-scenes clips, tutorials).
  • Plan and execute the monthly content calendar with the marketing team.
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all designs and media.
  • Assist in content shoots (video or photography) when needed.
  • Performance & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics and growth.
  • Prepare weekly reports highlighting key performance and insights.

  • 3+ year of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut).
  • Strong creative sense and attention to visual details.
  • Excellent communication and caption-writing skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
