Key Responsibilities:
Resident Engagement & Community Management: Act as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.
Property Maintenance & Vendor Management: Oversee the maintenance, service providers, and operations to ensure top-quality living conditions.
Financial & Budget Management: Manage budget planning, cost control, and service fee collections to ensure financial efficiency.
Compliance & Regulations: Ensure full adherence to UAE property laws and industry regulations.
Team Leadership: Lead and supervise on-site staff, promoting a culture of excellence and service with a can-do attitude.
Community Engagement Initiatives: Organize events and initiatives designed to build and strengthen relationships within the community.
What We re Looking For:
A Bachelor s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential property or community management (UAE experience preferred).
Strong leadership, communication (written & verbal), and problem-solving skills.
Expertise in UAE real estate laws, CRM systems, and property management software.
