Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately and efficiently.
Provide expert advice and counseling to patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards in pharmacy practice.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage prescription documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication therapy.
Monitor inventory levels, order pharmaceutical supplies, and manage stock rotation.
Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness initiatives.
Handle insurance claims processing and resolve medication-related queries.
Participate in pharmacy audits and quality assurance activities.
Uphold a clean, organized, and welcoming pharmacy environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy.
- Valid pharmacist license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Fresh graduates and experienced pharmacists are both encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of prescription medications, OTC products, and pharmacy operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
- Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy in dispensing medications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and digital recordkeeping.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Flexibility to work full-time, under limited supervision, and on-site as required.
