Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Onboarding & Relationship Managementbr> Identify and onboard new pharmaceutical companies to expand the vendor base.br> Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance with legal and businessbr>requirements.br> Serve as the single point of contact for assigned vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.br> Maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendor stakeholders including commercial,br>marketing, supply chain, and medical teams.br>2. Contract & Data Managementbr> Maintain up-to-date vendor contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policy.br> Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and fulfillment of vendor databr>requirements.br> Manage and reconcile sales, inventory, and performance data as per vendorbr>expectations.br>3. Escalation & Issue Resolutionbr> Act as the escalation point for vendor-related operational, commercial, or compliancebr>issues.br> Work closely with internal teams (supply chain, finance, regulatory, operations) to ensurebr>timely resolution.br>4. IQVIA & Data Collaborationbr> Manage all vendor interactions and data exchange activities with IQVIA and otherbr>analytics partners.br> Ensure data accuracy, timely submissions, and compliance with confidentiality norms.br> Collaborate on IQVIA-linked growth analytics, reporting, and business insights forbr>vendors.br>5. Growth & Revenue Maximization/p>
Drive growth projects jointly with vendors, including market expansion, distributionbr>optimization, and digital initiatives.br> Sell advertising and promotional opportunities (e.g., digital banners, email campaigns, in-br>store visibility, co-branded initiatives) to vendors to maximize this revenue stream.br> Develop customized proposals and manage the end-to-end execution of promotionalbr>campaigns.br>6. Patient Support Programs (PSP) Managementbr> Design, implement, and manage PSPs in collaboration with vendors, ensuring patient-br>centric execution and compliance with regulations.br> Monitor program performance, report outcomes, and recommend improvements./p>
Desired Candidate Profile
ul> li>Bachelor s or Master s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related field/li> li>5 10 years of experience in pharma distribution, key account management, or vendorbr>relations roles/li> li>Experience working with IQVIA or similar data systems preferred/li> li>Prior experience in handling PSPs and/or promotional partnerships is an advantage/li> li>Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare distribution ecosystem/li> li>Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills/li> li>Strong data handling, analytical, and reporting capabilities/li> li>Commercial acumen with experience in B2B revenue generation/li> li>Excellent communication and presentation skills /li> li>Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and projects/li> li> Knowledge of compliance and regulatory norms in pharma industry/li> /ul>
