The Compensation and Benefits Manager will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies and policies that ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness, support Human Resources objectives and the company s overall strategy, oversee compliance with approved regulations and policies, and enhance the efficiency of payroll and benefits programs in order to attract and retain talent.
