Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Communicating with clients to verify the validity of complaints and gather any additional information that could help resolve complaints quickly to ensure the target is achieved on time.
Communicating with various company departments through all means (email, phone, Teams) to resolve complaints within the specified SLA time for each complaint to satisfy clients.
Informing clients of the solutions provided by other departments regarding their inquiries and assisting clients in overcoming issues, providing complete and sufficient answers to all their inquiries while reaching a resolution that satisfies the client without compromising the company's interests.
Writing comments on complaints after each client call to indicate the latest update on the complaint, and ensuring the complaint is closed with the correct closure code for easy future reference and tracking.
Escalating complaints that have not received a response from other departments within the specified time for each complaint to the supervisor for resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and prioritizing client concerns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications: University degree
Years of Experience: 1-2
Additional Experience: English - Good level
Microsoft Office - Intermediate
