Roles & Responsibilities

Mission Summary

The IMS documentation needs restructuring, simplification, and digitalisation for compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and upcoming ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 requirements.

Core Tasks

  • Redesign documentation structure
  • Standardise templates, naming conventions, and metadata
  • Remove redundancies and harmonise processes
  • Propose digital workflow (SharePoint)
  • Create mapping matrix old vs new documents

Expected Deliverables

  • Updated IMS documentation architecture
  • Harmonised templates and metadata model
  • Document migration plan
  • SharePoint workflow proposal
  • Training material

Contribution to IMS

Ensures a scalable, clean, and digitalised documentation system usable for all standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Final-year Engineering student or Master s degree student in:

  • Environmental Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Health & Safety Engineering
  • Quality Management
  • Environmental Management
  • Or any related field

Knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001) is a strong asset.
