Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

MAIN ACTIVITIES:_x000D_

  • Conduct a complete analysis, enriched if necessary by consulting the appropriate Compliance Officers within the Function, with a view to making a clear recommendation on matters concerning the compliance of the file (clients, transactions).
  • In accordance with the delegation rules and procedures in place, make the decision documented (approval, refusal, conditional approval) or direct the file to the appropriate decision-maker(s).
  • Ensure technical monitoring and case management until completion, and provide maximum visibility on expected response times.
  • Reporting to internal clients,_x000D_
  • Identify and escalate problems or incidents to the appropriate level according to defined procedures,_x000D_
  • Verify the execution of the controls carried out by the trades,_x000D_
  • Contribute to the production of demand reports,_x000D_
  • Produce and monitor action plans.
  • Knowledge of the BNP Paribas organization,_x000D_
  • Company organization,_x000D_
  • Knowledge of compliance,_x000D_
  • R glementation of banking organizations,_x000D_
  • Risk analysis,_x000D_
