Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and continuous improvement of compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  • Conduct compliance assessments, audits, and risk reviews, identifying gaps and recommending mitigation actions.
  • Maintain and update the compliance risk register, ensuring risks are assessed, tracked, and mitigated.
  • Provide expert guidance to business units on compliance matters, helping prevent regulatory breaches.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness sessions for relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Internal Controls, and other departments to ensure regulatory alignment and process improvements.
  • Support incident investigations and reporting, including potential policy violations or regulatory breaches.
  • Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and industry best practices, advising management accordingly.

Job Requirements:

- Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP, CPA, CIA) preferred.

- Previous Experience:

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in compliance, internal audit, or regulatory roles.
  • Experience in the Real Estate field is a plus.

- Special requirements:

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex compliance matters independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Core competencies: risk awareness, attention to detail, proactive mindset, business acumen.
