Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervises development and updating of DoAs in line with Board or Executive Management direction, company strategy and risk- appetite considering inputs from all relevant stakeholders considering balance with operational efficiency and required controls Assists in ensuring that DoAs cover all core business activities of CUs & BUs and responsive to the required controls including automation of required approvals Facilitates compliance of all required approvals of DoAs in line with regulatory requirements through effective DoA implementation policy and awareness sessions Coordinates and monitor activities relevant to DoA change requests ensuring that they are approved, promptly reflected in the DoAs and communicated to stakeholders Handles custody of all DoAs and ensures accessibility to relevant stakeholders Supports development and updating of Policy Management Framework covering BUs Supervises creation and updating of policies and procedures in line with all the BUs core processes including process maps and forms adopting best practices Maintains proper naming convention with appropriate document control of all policies, forms, etc. including amendments Ensures that any change in the policies and procedures are approved, promptly reflected in the document, and communicated to stakeholders, if possible, through automated process Supports process owners in automating processes and approval requirements Supports BU Heads for implementation and awareness session of policies and processes and guide stakeholders on its implementation Handles custody of all BU policies and procedure and ensure that they are always available to relevant users using controlled repository database including all employee attestations Manage development and updating of policies and forms relevant to ACM Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct head / executives for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances. Selecting and maintenance of a policy management tool for the Group.
