Roles & Responsibilities
Company : LifeLine HR.
Country : UAE.
Position : Compliance Manager.
Education :
- Bachelor s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Compliance, Risk Management, or related field.
- Professional certification in compliance or auditing (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional CCEP, ISO Compliance, CIA, or CRMA) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of UAE labor, data protection, and HSE regulations.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, or other quality and environmental standards is an advantage.
Experience :
- Minimum 7 10 years of progressive experience in compliance, legal, risk, or regulatory affairs.
- Previous experience in engineering, facilities management, or estate operations is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of handling audits, internal controls, policy implementation, & staff training.
