We re hiring a Compliance Officer to support compliance across two Bermuda Class F digital asset businesses, both part of the same global group.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, high-integrity environment. You ll work closely with the Bermuda MLRO, local leadership, and global compliance teams to help ensure we meet Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) requirements while supporting a scalable, technology-driven digital asset platform.

The opportunity

• Support day-to-day compliance across two related Bermuda Class F licensees.

• Help maintain compliance with the Digital Asset Business Act, AML/ATF laws, and custody requirements.

• Work directly on BMA regulatory interactions, including supervisory requests and reviews.

• Support AML/ATF activities such as customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, sanctions screening, and escalation.

• Contribute to compliance oversight for exchange activity, custodial wallet services, derivatives trading, and digital asset lending.

• Participate in product and token due diligence and material change assessments.

• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to embed compliance into real-world workflows.
