Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implementation of internal KYC and anti-money laundering/counter-terrorist financing procedures; Implementation of counterparty review compliance standards; Ensuring that procedures impacted by legal and regulatory changes are updated; Evaluation of the compliance of internal procedures, in the area of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, with applicable standards and prudential practices; Ensuring compliance with legal obligations related to the company's activities; Ensuring the proper application of rules and the code of ethics within the company; Ensuring the implementation of the control plan specific to non-compliance risks; Monitoring and updating the risk map; Periodic execution of portfolio reviews; Preparation of internal reports
Desired Candidate Profile
University degree in a field relevant to the position (management, finance, economics, commerce, accounting and/or equivalent)
Desired experience: More than 3 years in a similar position
Having a sense of organization and autonomy in carrying out tasks
Having a sense of responsibility and ethics
Possessing significant knowledge of Algerian law and regulations
Developed analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
