Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements (e.g., MOHAP, DHA where applicable)

  • Develop, review, and update compliance policies, prepare SOP for marketing and promotional activities.

  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments

  • Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions

  • Deliver compliance training and awareness programs to employees

  • Ensure adherence to anti-bribery, ethics, and corporate governance standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in compliance within the pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong knowledge of UAE pharmaceutical regulations and GDP requirements

  • Certification in Compliance

  • UAE experience in pharmaceutical distribution companies

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and compliance tracking tools

  • Experience in ISO standards and audits
