Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site Compliance Officer role based in Dubai. The Compliance Officer will oversee and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing compliance frameworks, monitoring regulatory adherence, conducting compliance audits, preparing reports, and providing guidance to internal teams on compliance-related matters. The role also involves collaboration with various departments to ensure proper implementation of controls and address any risks or non-compliance issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess risks and ensure adherence to regulations
- Proficient Communication skills for clear reporting and effective collaboration
- Basic understanding and experience in Finance to assess compliance with financial policies
- Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams and handle sensitive issues with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for the oil and gas industry is a significant advantage
