Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support and enhance Ericsson s TPM program.
- Lead end-to-end due diligence on third parties: review assessments, identify red flags, propose mitigations, draft reports, and perform ongoing monitoring.
- Run third-party compliance risk assessments and transaction testing.
- Support Business Partner Review Boards (Group and/or Market); present findings to BPRBs and Heads of Market Area Compliance; act as liaison as assigned.
- Manage internal stakeholders and external counterparts, including counsel and due-diligence providers; coordinate feedback across partners in the TPM process.
- Collect and evaluate due-diligence materials (questionnaires, open-source research, external reports); interview counterparties, including Global Fortune 500; join onsite audits as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation of risks, mitigation plans, and implementation status.
- Contribute to risk-mitigation strategies and strengthening of internal controls.
- Prepare compliance reports required by the Head of Third Party Assessments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws/regulations and business activities; deliver trainings on TPM and third-party risks; brief leaders and the compliance network.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Third Party Assessments.
Desired Candidate Profile
What You ll Bring
- University degree relevant to compliance.
- 7+ years experience in compliance, legal, audit, consulting, or corporate intelligence.
- Strong report writing and risk-assessment drafting skills; experience with monitorships preferred.
- Experience at a recognized international third-party due-diligence provider is a plus.
- International exposure and cultural awareness.
- Independent, goal-oriented, and systematic working style.
- High integrity aligned with Ericsson values (respect, professionalism, perseverance); empathetic and a good listener.
- Excellent communication skills, including engagement with executive-level stakeholders.
- Proficient English; an additional language is desirable.
